Step 1 of 5

Which role are you applying for?

Choose the role that best matches your primary expertise. You can apply for additional roles after your first certification.

Primary role

Visibility & Discovery
GEO Specialist
LLO Strategist
AEO Specialist
AI SEO Specialist
Acquisition & Paid
AI Performance Marketer
AI Creative Strategist
Visual Commerce Automation Specialist
Strategy & Leadership
Fractional CMO (AI-Certified)
AI Marketing Strategist
Operations & Intelligence
Agentic Workflow Builder
AI Marketing Analyst

Choose the role you are applying for.

This is not for everyone. If you cannot demonstrate your AI workflows live in a 90-minute session, you will not pass Stage 2. That is by design.

ZAVOPS

Step 3 of 5

Submit 3 portfolio pieces

Each piece must show: the campaign, the before metric, the after metric, and your specific contribution. Vague submissions do not proceed to Stage 2.

Campaign outcome evidence

✓ Uploaded

A campaign you ran, with the before and after numbers and what you personally changed.

AI workflow evidence

✓ Uploaded

Show a workflow you built — Make, n8n, Claude, or similar. Include what it automated and the outcome.

Reference contact details

✓ Uploaded

One client or employer we can contact. Name, email, relationship, and the engagement this relates to.

Add a file or link for all three pieces.

Every piece must include a specific before/after metric and your contribution to the change. 'Managed social media' is not evidence. 'Reduced CAC from $48 to $29 by restructuring the ad creative rotation' is.

ZAVOPS Stage 2

Step 4 of 5

Schedule your live assessment session

90 minutes with a Zavops assessor. You receive a brief you have not seen. You build a working AI marketing workflow in front of them.

What to expect

You receive a live brief — you won't have seen it before
90 min to build a working marketing workflow
Assessor observes and asks clarifying questions
Written feedback within 48 hours regardless of outcome
Most applicants who reach Stage 2 prepared well — most who fail did not

What to bring
